There are 12 recruitable characters in the game, so there are exactly 12 Crewmate Cards you can get. The first three are awarded at certain parts of the story by Siero. To get the remainder of the Crewmate Cards, you'll need to complete optional quests from the Quest Corner. Some of these quests here will award a Crewmate Card upon first completion; this means you can only get one Card per quest. The quests that give a Crewmate Card are listed below. These are earned primarily from completing the Quick Quest matchmaking option for multiplayer quests, which you'll need to do a few times to get enough Gold Dalia Badges.
