This acre piece of property is a woodland fantasy with gorgeous second growth trees, manicured lawns, elegant gardens, well maintained walkways, exquisite bridges, and flowing water. We love visiting here year round but especially in the spring! Tulip season at Garvan Woodland Gardens is a must-see if you will be in the area in the spring. However, do be aware that spring weather in Arkansas is capricious. Try to choose a warm and sunny day for your visit to Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs for the spring bloom. The entire place is decorated with Christmas lights and becomes a winter wonderland. Do note that the hours change during this time to allow visitors to be in the gardens after dark. These gardens contain five different trails that take visitors throughout the property and past many notable features such as Millsap Canopy Bridge, the waterfall on Lake Hamilton and the Perry Wildflower Overlook.

The ceremony was in the Anthony Chapel and we didn't even have to decorate, it was perfect. But when we went to go take pictures in the gardens, there was a wedding reception going on at the welcome center! We signed our contract in We took some photos before the ceremony and I didn't like that guests were arriving and seeing me in my dress before my grand entrance.
