I was very happy with the performance of the Fur Daddy when I first received it. The light still comes on, but there is no vibration. The button that opens the door to the chamber for collecting pet hair no longer opens the door. This is the only thing I have earned over the last 12 years that works on the steps! This product is amazing! Installed batteries, turned it on and it would not power on, finally got it to come on and it does not work at all.
