Me and my girlfriend reserved a room for non smoking king bed. Bu the time we got into the room, the smell was just the same as strong cigarette with strong scent to hide that bad smell. So we had to move the other room. However, when we went to the lobby, the reception didn't say sorry or anything like that and just gave me the other key to try by myself.
