I dropped the car off and went home but - due to a medical issue - I was unable to collect the car as arranged that afternoon. He arranged for the car to be dropped off. After telling me to buy the part as they couldn't order it, their manager proceeded to go back on the agreement and want to charge me to replace the catch.
