Flamethrower fallout 4
The Flamer is a specially engineered flamethrower suited for extended combat engagements.
The flamer is a heavy weapon in Fallout 4. Its fuel tanks are located directly underneath the main body of the weapon, rather than attached to the user's back, and the weapon has a more industrial appearance. Functionally, the Commonwealth flamer comes with a larger fuel tank than its DC and Mojave counterparts; an unmodified flamer has a capacity of fuel units, as opposed to earlier models' 60, and through weapon modifications, this capacity can be quadrupled up to units. The flamer is considered a heavy weapon and as such benefits from relevant perks such as Heavy Gunner. The flamer deals energy damage, rather than fire damage. None of the flamer's modifications require a perk before they may be made, however, the order in which they are attached will affect the weapon's performance. With Fallout 4 , Bethesda designers moved away from using the "backpack ammo" design for heavy weapons, such as the flamer and minigun.
