Fitbit versa 3 band

I bought a Versa 3 and the large wristband is very tight on the last notch.

I got a Versa 3 a few weeks back, and I've been having an issue with the strap. The top strap keeps just coming undone from the watch side for no reason. I've tried 2 different Original Fitbit straps, and a 3rd party one. Same issue with all of them. I can hear it click in place when I fit the strap, but then I'll be doing something and it just falls off.
