Fitbit charge 5 not getting notifications

Ever since I updated to iOS 17 it might have been

Recently bought the Galaxy S23 phone. Phone has all updates. Fitibit app has all updates. Customer service wasn't able to assist with this. I have ALL notifications and permissions to same already set properly. Bluetooth and device are connected. I've already tried unpairing and doing a brand new device set up and through the process again.

I personally have them turned off but I've just checked the App and can tell you where to find the settings for it. Go to the Today screen in the App on your phone. Tap your profile picture, then Charge 5. There's also an option to get notifications from the App itself. Just went through this with my wife's last night. For something that is "new" there are a whole lot of bugs. DND and sleep mode off.
