Fitbit app issues

The latest app update for my charge 5 is just awful. Resting HR is messed up. This does absolutely nothing at all to meet my purpose in wearing it.

The NEW app is obviously screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep in a different position or be sure to check your battery! Connect the dots and talk to your programmers. I've been waiting for a valid answer to fix the issues and I think it's about time to shop other brands at this point. The new app is a bunch of crap. I use my iPad with the app on it and rely on it to count my steps.

Hello, my FitBit app worked really good until two days ago, then yesterday it had trouble syncing, and today it has logged me out and I can't log back in. Every time I try the error message says that I have the wrong user name or password. When I tried to create a new account it said there was a network error. However, I am logged in on my computer and it works here, but not on the mobile app. Go to the Best Answer. The problem corrected itself after three days. I still don't know what changed. While the app wasn't working I tried with or without wifi and data, tried turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on, but nothing helped. So whatever changed, I'm thankful that it is working again. Any ideas? Happy new year to all!! I have had the same issue today. I turned my phone off and powered back up and now my Fitbit app is working correctly and updated. I'm having issues today as well.
