Fitbit app crashing
Android app has been crashing since update. When I try to open it immediately pops up a grey box saying "fitbit keeps stopping" and gives 3 options app info, close app, fitbit app crashing, and send feedback. I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Neither have worked.
April 6th the app stopped working. It tries to load then I get a message that the app stopped working. Sometimes it loads and attempts to sync, but then I get the message the app stopped working. One time the app claimed it could not find the tracker before it crashed. I restarted the Fitbit.

My fitbit app now crashes immediately when I try to open it, and restarting my phone doesn't seem to help. Apparently the app updated today according to the app store, so I'm guessing that's probably to blame. I'm using an iphone SE model with iOS I have tried going to the iOS help section of the community, but it just tells me "Access denied". Has anyone else had this issue yet and found a fix? Every day when I open the Fitbit App on my phone it immediately closes. I have to go to App Management, uninstall the Fitbit App then reinstall from Google Playstore and go through the tedious procedure of allowing everything. Many have complained about this.
