It actually seems that Torkild's location will be a radiant WE. Can anyone confirm this. I was tired of looking for Torkild. I looked in several places, and then started traveling back and forth from Brujold's Retreat and Glacial Cave looking for him. I don't know if he is already dead or not, but I never found him after looking for an hour or so. This is one of the most frustrating quests I've done in Skyrim.
