After talking with the Mad Hatter , Alice encounters Tweedledee and Tweedledum in the corridor to which she asks them where the the White Rabbit is at to which Alice follows the Tweedles across the corridor in the Red Queen's castle and approach the Dormouse and the White Rabbit in a plan to rescue the Hatter. Later when the Cheshire Cat rescues the Hatter from execution, the Hatter tells all the people working for the Red Queen that she has betrayed all the people working for her as slaves to which they all listen to what the Hatter says, causing the Tweedles alongside the other servants to celebrate their freedom, much to the Red Queen's fury as she releases the Jub Jub Bird to attack. Later, the Tweedles arrives at the White Queen's castle to which the Tweedles look at a picture of Alice preparing to slay the Jabberwocky. The Tweedles later participate during battle against the Red Queen fighting against the Armored Cards to which the battle ends when Alice slays the Jabberwocky, causing the Armored Cards to arrest the Red Queen and the Knave of Hearts for her lies and betrayal.

Upon arriving, they end up getting jailed by the Red Queen in a jail made of vegetables, much to the Red Queen's notorious plans.
