But the overall way the game is setup it feels like Fallout 3 very much discourages you from going into a certain character build. From simply not having traits, the perk list feels very constricted, and in general it's just way too easy to become OP and simply finding bobble heads raises your base stats and then the skill books tend to be too plentiful. Like having your character be a master of a trade is more sinful than being a jack of all trades and master of all.

Be aware that creating a "Near-Perfection" character may be impossible for some people who started their character before Broken Steel came out, as its new perks and increased amount of skill points for distribution may make some of your earlier choices seem careless.
