The series follows the adventures of Timmy Turnera year-old boy who is neglected by his parents and abused by his babysitterVicky. One day, he is granted two fairy godparents named Cosmo and Wanda who grant him his every wish to improve his miserable life. However, fairy odd parents, these wishes usually backfire and cause a series of problems that Timmy must fix.

Young Timmy becomes a bald, hairy-backed old man when he makes a wish too far. Timmy plays the ultimate video game adventure. The Earth is in danger when Timmy wishes for an alien creature. Cosmo and Wanda must pose as Timmy's parents for a school meeting. Timmy over-wishes and must appear in fairy court to prove himself a worthy godchild. Vicky eats the godparents, and Timmy must save them. Timmy wishes himself back in time and tampers with history. Cosmo and Wanda spend time apart. Could this be where it all ends? Timmy wishes a comic book character into reality, which is bad. He wishes that he could swap places with Vicky's dog, Doidle.
