Traffic is reportedly at a standstill on a busy road in Devon due to a crash. Reports of the collision on Telegraph Hill came in just before 4pm today March A witness told DevonLive that the crash appears to be a single vehicle collision. Police are reportedly on the scene at the incident on Telegraph Hill heading towards Torquay. Traffic is said to be being diverted round the crash scene at the moment. However, the road has not yet been closed. It is not yet clear whether anyone sustained any injuries. Devon and Cornwall Police has been contacted for more information. The M5, A30, and the surrounding roads near Bridge Road in Exeter experienced heavy congestion following a police incident in the same area. Bridge Road is now open in both directions after a man died earlier today.
