In the face of the rapidly aging population worldwide, evde bakım hemşireliği maaşları, the inadequacy of existing care policies for the elderly has created new needs for the care of the elderly. The aim of this study is to determine the psychological, sociological and emotional support needs of the caregivers who take care of home health care. This is a cross-sectional study which was conducted between May and October in Istanbul to caregivers with convenience sampling in 15 district. Caregivers were preferred instead of patients because of their health disadvantages. Application of the survey took place face to face. Survey has two parts one of about patients and the other is about caregivers. Survey was applied to 89 people who accepted the interview.

The health care system continues as a separate institutional operation, including hospital care and home care systems. Especially when the individual needs continuous care at home, this process is in line with the hospital service coming home and supporting the home care service rather than going to the hospital. This process, as in our country, focuses on routine medications, repeated controls, follow-ups, and most importantly, in-bed care of the patient. However, in the home care process, not only patients but also caregivers need to be monitored and supported at regular intervals. Including the caregivers along with the patient in this process is important in terms of identifying the problems that the caregivers may experience and developing coping strategies. The aim of this review is to determine the problems of caregivers with regular home visits of nurses and to express the effect of nursing interventions to be applied in this direction, the creation of a care guidebook and reducing the level of care difficulties and anxiety through telephone counseling interventions.
