The Hunger Games is full of interesting characters, from the Tributes to the Gamemakers. Catching Fire introduces a new host of characters of varying ages thanks to its introduction of the Quarter Quell , a special edition of the Hunger Games that occurs every 25 years. A couple of the characters introduced in Catching Fire include Finnick Odair and Johanna Mason, both of whom become Katniss' allies and join the rebellion against the Capitol. Since so many new characters are introduced in Catching Fire , some end up slipping under the radar. One character that many people may forget about is District 2's Enobaria. She may be a minor character, but she proves to be quite complex, especially in Mockingjay.

Enboaria is my favourite female Victor. She volunteered and won the 62nd Hunger Games by ripping another tributes throat out. She later had them sharpend and inlaid with gold. She was reaped or volunteered for the Third Quarter Quell and was captured by the Capitol when the Quell ended. They later released her because she was from District 2. She was apart of the voting for the 76 Hunger Games. She also joined the Second Rebellion. She most likely returned home after the Second Rebellion. I have a theory that she is the mother of Clove because of how psychotic they are. I also believe Gloss is the father of Clove because of their knife throwing skills. I'm a huge Glossaria shipper. When Enobaria became of age, she participated in and became the victor of the 62nd Hunger Games. During her Game, she became famous for ripping another tribute's throat out with her bare teeth, so she later altered her teeth into sharp points, like fangs, and had them inlaid with gold.
