Ellen was born on February 21, in Ottawa, Ontario. She was the daughter of the late Leo and Mary Kaulback Albert. Beloved wife of the late LeRoy Parker Lovingly remembered by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Survived by her sister Joan Ken McLellan, Cherished husband of Ethel Boychuk for 67 years.
