The property owner, Eilleen Avezzano, comes from an Italian background. One of the best things is that it continues to be a family business with home made recipes. On the walls Eileen has pictures with a lot of different people, some of them are well-known. There are also tables and places to sit for the people that want to eat there. It is still a very small bakery and if you go you can actually watch how they make the cheesecakes in a very traditional way. The cheesecakes are very light, as if they were mousse, with a little cinnamon flavor. There are different flavors you can choose, from like chocolate, raspberry or natural flavor. What kind of different cheesecake flavors do they have? Those are some of the flavors to name a few; I think the hardest part is choosing what flavor you want. We tried a few different ones while I was there with some tea and took a box to go so we can eat later.
