Rude behavior. I bought products for setting up a board support. I got yelled at by the employees for returning unused parts.

Was in Edm. Superb customer service from the ladies up front, then the send you to the warehouse where there is ZERO customer service or even just plain politeness from a guy named Matt. Yelled at me from somewhere in the warehouse, was rude when I asked a question and had to ask 3 times for assistance, which I never did get from him nor the other guy who passed me twice and never offered help. I will never go to the back again; they can bring it up front for me. The best My 1 starting place to shop for everything from hangers to shelves to rack. I wish there was one in Red Deer and Calgary!

We pride ourselves in providing professional and respectful service so we are concerned about your experience. When opening my retail store I was looking for a great place to find store fixtures and display units. A friend suggested I check out Eddies - I was surprised that they had such a selection - I know they generally deal with retail stores but I found exactly what I was looking for in a Maple wood finish - looks great in the livingroom. I think I just ended up with a customer service rep that could use some retraining. As well, Eddie's Hang-Up Display has one of the most generous returns policies in our industry.
