Being a part of GLASS, and seeing the world through its several windows, however, will prepare me to be the person who I aspire to become: an impactful, socially responsible, global citizen. At Tandon, I am a member of the Biomedical Engineering Society and Womentorship, both of which have led me to meet very valuable people in my field and beyond. The fast pace of New York always motivates me to go out of my comfort zone and get to know the people I share this city with, through conferences and clubs like above. Currently, I have a research position in the Truong Lab, where I work on a project that will enhance cell therapies through HLA matching. It is so exciting to be a part of cutting edge genetic engineering where the possibilities are essentially endless.
