I don't use ebay that much but i never had any problem, ebay item not arrived even with Chinese vendors that are further away and can have a language barrier to talk to. So i bought this item, i don't remenber what the delivery time was, and i can't seem to be able to see it now.
I purchased several fragrance samples in the past on ebay from this specific seller probably mode than I never had a problem. Last monday I ordered 3 and he shipped them all on the same package, it was marked as delivered on Wednesday but I never received anything. My neighbors are usually good at giving me misplaced packages, and so is USPS at delivering to the correct mailbox. What are my options?
