This is the second Month in a row. I purchased ea play. Haven't gotten a single thing no xp no nothing. When you chat. You get told to wait and wait. Are we just paying for this and not getting the benefits that's advertised? Sign In or Register.

There is some issue with it and I didn't receive expected benefits for having subscription. Do you only see this bug when you have cross-play activated? No Which mode has this happened in? What What happens when the bug occurs? What What should be happening instead? As I already mentioned in the title, this is the issue that I have. I didnt get the XP boost last season either. Never had a problem before. Anyone had this problem? Does anyone have a contact with EA Play help? Tried tweeting them several times but had no reply. Same, I have this issue, contacted multiple support agents from EA. But none of them helped me, all they do is send some bot replies. Saying team is working on the fix soon will get resolved. Buit knowing EA they will atleast weeks to get it done. Thank you EA for one more mess up. April - last edited April.

June - last edited June. Been over 24 hours. Reached out to ea help and its crickets. Is there anyway to escalate this? Ayushi in the ea help chat was worthless. I have recently renewed my EA play and have still not received the XP boost that I was meant to get on fifa I've got the same problem. It's very frustrated that i should have reached 30 level in season and grab rewards, while I'm still on 26 level.
