There are three stages of the change, first the head changes into a Gabunyan head, next the person gets a cloak and finally the person completely changes into Dracunyan. After a while the change becomes airborne and even people who aren't bitten start changing. Dracunyan is a Yo-Kai created after a vampire killing a cat which was eating chocobo which was its favorite snack. The result was Dracunyan.
