Previously have ordered from the Loop location but since I love to Yelp, I wanted to order from a different store today. The Loop got a solid 5-Star review Terrible service trying to place an order over the phone. The employee I spoke to was rude and extremely unhelpful. Horrible service. Our order was made incorrectly and when we called the store I was called a liar by an employee and was asked to return the food to prove I was telling the truth. When I arrived I I was a regualr at this particular pizza for serveral months now because it was convenient to my house but the last time i oredered my pizza there. Ordered a pizza at It is and it has not arrived. I am not sure that the girl that took the order ever put it in or the driver ate it. Called for status at 8 PM and she said the driver Liuba is great and always greets me by name. The manager will always stop by table and make sure al I have eaten everywhere in every country and this was bye far my favorite one.
