I recently purchased a used journey crew, all inspections cleared, 1 month in while driving the car entered safe mode. Once I was able to pull over and place in park there was a complete loss of power, no lights, no gauges not even a door signal. After being towed, the fob still doesn't work, still no power the next day. So how can we assist you? You only stated of having it towed, has anything been diagnosed like the state of the car battery and charging system? Some specifics like how long is recently purchased and miles on the DJ would be helpful for further assistance from fellow Journey owners here.

The purpose of the "battery saver mode" is to prevent running down the battery by accidentally leaving on the lights or some accessory while the motor is not running. Things turn off automatically after about 10 minutes. That way you don't come back to a "dead car" after parking it with the lights left on. You can't, if your showing that warning then something is wrong in the electrical system, weak battery, low alternator output seen bad ECM's do this bad alternator, corroded wiring. Get the codes pulled and see if those tell you where to head for diagnostics, if there are no codes then live data scanning is the next step. Ed answered 2 months ago. You just have a bad battery or failing alternator, or the cable connections are faulty. For some reason, the battery isn't getting charged properly or it's not holding charge. The low voltage is also why the remote start won't work. Just have the charging system tested.
