Just fitted a Varilight V-Pro trailing edge dimmer switch to kitchen lights as replaced halogens with new transformers and LED's. All working fine, as expected. However, we can somehow trigger the dimmers overload protection by switching on the lights in the downstairs shower room, or the peninsula light. It doesn't always happen during normal use, but you can always make it happen by turning one of these two other lights on and off about 4 times. Really puzzles me, because these other lights are different with their own switch, although they do share the same downstairs lighting circuit. Both the other rooms which cause the trigger, are on simple one way light switches.
