.

Then, Harley discovers a mysterious crate washed up on Coney Island's shore and releases the big, hairy beast that is Gossamer. Crazy, funny, and everything this series was meant to be.

Pros: Most of the stories tend to range from average to above average. The Bugs Bunny story is hilarious and full of meta comedy. The Batman story is an incredible comic and nearly makes the collection worth it on its own. Overall: This is a solid collection of comics where nearly every story ends up being a remarkably entertaining adventure. The comics collected here all have the same wonderful level of humor that one would expect from Looney Tunes, allowing the stories to detail a way range of bizarre adventures. A few of the comics also have a surprising level of emotion and meaning, enough to rival many more mainstream works. All in all, anyone familiar with Looney Tunes characters should consider reading this collection.

At least, not this Joker. Fortunately, they've not yet advanced to the point of withdrawing singles from Comixology though a few books of late have had sneaky edits, not least the infamous Batwang itself , so I was still able to read what it would have contained. It features Porky trying to move up in the world after getting hired on by Lex Luthor, but all that winds up happening is him getting embroiled in more things he has no business dealing in. Nothing much to say here, just the two meeting and becoming fast friends, as it seems like Harley is often making friends with animals. As part of the great DC flap, it was cancelled, presumably because it risked soiling those precious Warners properties by actually telling stories with them, rather than just churning out more nicely branded content in vaguely corporate shapes. Gossamer's owner eventually comes to reclaim him and there's a brief struggle, but this one remains lighthearted throughout and didn't leave me feeling bad when it was over. Gossamer's owner eventually comes to reclaim him and there's a brief struggle, but this one remains lighthearted throughout and didn't leave me feeling bad when it was over. This story reminds me why I'm not a big Harley Quinn fan. While this issue does contain probably my single favorite moment from all four issues Daffy Duck trolling Lex Luthor on social media is comedy gold the rest of it, and especially the ending just leave a bad taste in the mouth. Sold Out. At least, not this Joker. There's less stories, and significantly less quality in my opinion. Create a free account to discover what your friends think of this book! Genres Comics.
