The japanese lady in her late 30's early 40's is very rude. Food is already pricey and served with a bad attitude after a long wait to pay for it is a great way to lose customers. I normally make a run from work and catch orders from everyone when I am the door. They dont care where I go they just want something to eat. So I go to cream pan, once I ordered 5 decafs and the lady looked at me like : what do you mean 5 i'm gonna run out of coffee! I said yes like is there a problem? She gave me a look like she wanted to go postal. She is rude. Everytime I am there and this lady is at the cashier which is not everyday I see her being rude to other people. Another time like always I had a long list of pastries and when I was in the middle of it, she looked at me like are u almost done?.. I've been in customer service for 17 years and dealt with really messed up accounts. I always treat my customers nice and this lady is having a cow for a long list of pastries?
