Corsair strafe led problem

By spearghost April 11, in Keyboards and Mice. Hii, i'm new user with this strafe RGB just about 3 weeks, i'm facing this problem by the time i made the video, here's the detail :.

Dear corsair team, please do you have any answer to this post, I do not want to RMA a keayboard that works perfeclty but that, and for me it is a software issue, as if you use red or blue color it does not make any issue. It may simply be a dead green LED. Either way, time to contact Corsair Support. You can pop the key cap off and try blowing some compressed air at it. Thanks for the asnwer, but is ankward that other keys lights up when I tell the key to do it, it looks like software, I will try with the compresed air, if not solved I will RMA it.

By Lamzer May 18, in Keyboards and Mice. Hmm okay, so i RMA'd my Strafe because it had the same problem. I received a new Strafe a few days ago and after a day or two it has the same problem but on a different key. I would set my keyboard to white keys and the "S" key is blue.. It's the same problem as my old one. Does anyone have any problems i'm having? The issue could be hardware or software related.
