Attached to the first floor Bar area is a large snooker room. This holds two full size snooker tables and two pool tables which are maintained to league standards. It is an ideal room for this sport, just far enough away from the main bar to have no distraction from activities there yet very handy to get drinks from. There are some club cues available for free use, all score boards are illuminated and the room itself is kept in 'half-light' to enhance the brightly lit tables. The cost for a game is for the overhead light and charges are very reasonable for two players minimum charge for 30mins The ground floor function room can cater for any type of event such as birthdays, retirements, receptions, christenings or wakes and is available for hire on any night. The room is licensed to seat people and has its own bar and small stage. It plays host to all types of family celebrations and events, and has been used by local Bands for live music from Funk School, to the Live and Loud Nights.
