I live in Las Vegas and 2 evenings ago I went to pick up food, less than miles away from my home, it happened to be raining lightly, not a hard downpour or anything. I returned home and parked in the garage like I always do, and the next day I notice my right passenger side light seems to have condensation and possibly some water in the inside of the light. If water droplets are being created there is too much condensation. Older car lights were conventionally powered by 12V filament bulbs which generate a moderate amount of heat. If there was moisture within the light cluster or headlamp unit the heat from the bulb would generally evaporate it and keep the light clear.
