Grilled chicken chain Cluck'd is to open in the former Westlegate site of Mindoro, which closed in The Ipswich-based business has submitted plans to replace the store's shop front and refurbish its interior with new tables and chairs and a digital menu board. The new business says it will employ 30 to 40 members of staff at the new restaurant, which will also have an outdoor seating area.
