Recently I received my latest renewal in the mail and I got to thinking. Or that they were only interested in getting you to sign up and take your money? Looks like we have been conned - they get you in and then hike the premiums way way up. I have been with Club 4x4 for two years. About to move caravan to another insurer and have discussions under way for troopy cover elesewhere. This sort of thing with so-called '4WD club' insurance goes way back.

The people I spoke to are unbelievably helpful. I have had no insurance claims for I can not remember, but well over 35 years. After having dealt with several other vehicle insurance companies previously, club4x4 insurance, I would not consider any other club4x4 insurance company for my 4x4, nor would I recommend any other.

Hi Matt, which company are you insured with then? The ONLY way to beat this is as Ray said above, due diligence and time to phone 4 or 5 of them, if not every year, then at least every 2 years.
