I am so fed up with this theater because every single time I go there it is so hot and muggy in the theater. Literally every single time I have been there, I have had to get up during the movie and walk all the way to the lobby to ask them to turn on the ac and not once have they done anything about it. It is beyond infuriating to spend so much hard earned money for a ticket and needing a friggin mortgage to buy a small soda and popcorn, and then sit there sweating in a humid theater. If you need the staff, they are usually standing in a circle shouting to each other profanity while spoiling details about the different movies playing. I just walked out of the theater and none of this is embellished! I went to see Creed at the Cinemark Buckland Hill, Ct last Saturday, April 8, , and I was so disgusted with the theater, there was food all over the floor and behind the counter where they sell food, the floor was sticky from some spilled drink that they didn't even bother to clean up, and let's talk about the bathroom ladies it was filthy, unflushed toilets, garbage overflowing I just walked out and never used the bathroom. In the movie there were young kids just running up and down the aisles, The only good part was the movie. I will never return to that movie theater, I will find another theater in better condition to Buckland. Pure disgrace! Went to see a movie on Christmas day, and was pleasantly surprised with the new lounge seating with new table tops and cup holders, along with heated seats
