Barcelona Province. Chiyoda Sushi Bar. Open Now I go to this place for lunch quite a lot. You can also go a la carte for sushi, which will be a little bit more expensive, but still good value. They also do alot of takeaway sushi boxes if you are in a hurry. For the menu del dia, you get a miso soup to start, with your choice of main in the bento box. The bento also includes a salad, chefs sushi selection, and some other tasty goodies. I usually get a water during and a coffee afterwards which is also included in the price. Free wifi in the place ask the staff for the password.

The name Chiyoda Sushi is well-known to savvy and thrifty sushi fans in Japan. Unlike some sushi restaurants which scoff at the gauche idea of openly listing their prices, Sushi Cho clearly lets you know how much individual pieces of sushi are going to cost you. We started off with a delicious five — piece maguro tuna set, which included chutoro medium fatty tuna , kamatoro fatty collar , and marinated tzukemaguro. Moving on to lighter-colored fish, we next ordered hamachi yellowtail and madai red sea bream. Next, we branched out into shellfish, enjoying sumptuous scallop , akagai ark clam , hokki surf clam , and tsubugai whelk.

We ate here 3 times on our trip to Saigon. We chose to sit at the bar as the experience of watching them prepare the food is so interesting.
