Me and my sister went to cheddars by I20 and carrier pkwy to have lunch, however we had bad customer service with the waiter, we had to ask for silverware, butter croissant rolls from a waitress and real just terrible service.. So I called the Manager and told him what happen and he pulled up the ticket and sure enough I put a 0 with a line through it.. Ciji W was excellent she was very friendly and checked on us frequently even though she was busy busy. I wish the food had been better. My chicken fried chicken was over cooked and toast was hard and burned. February the service was deplorable. I was constantly asking other servers to get my server to the table. I didn't want to complain to the manager because I refused to stress people at work. I will not return. February The food was really good. It took our waitress almost 10 min to come take our drink order.
