Job cuts at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will focus on the emergency department as well as the women's and children's department, say hospital officials. The hospital announced the cuts earlier this week as it grapples massive debt. As part of a recovery plan, the hospital is reducing 38 positions — 26 full-time and 15 part-time.
