The chips were hot, light and crispy, not oil soaked or dry from sitting in a hot bow for to long and the fish was just delicious. Tonight I placed a large order on the phone of 3 battered cod, 2 serves of calamari rings , 24 1 large spring roll , and 3 fish sticks, I was told 15 min it will be ready. So when I got to the store 15 min later there was a line of 20 odd people so went to the left of the line and told one of the 4 people working there I had placed an order by phone and asked if it was ready. The owner of the store told me to go to the back of the line and wait. If the owner was intelligent all the food that was ready he would have had another staff member serve them while the other person took new orders. Place was packed with a line out the door, but I can honestly understand why! I ordered battered cod and chips and it was a nice large piece of cod and cooked to perfect crispness.
