A really nice hotel, we booked into one of the duplex pool rooms and it was really nice but we also saw a mountain view room, which was also really nice and almost half the price. I would definatly reccomend getting a cheaper room as they are much better value. The food is good but over priced for Thailand, but cheap for a 5 star hotel if that makes sence. If your looking for a good value 5 star hotel in Cha-am then this is a good one. We had a great stay. Beds in Thailand are very stiff in general, the bed at Novotel was a little more comfortable than other hotels, the room view was to die for! Room was so nice, the condition was perfect. Staffs were nice and friendly. Location is in between two famous beaches so it's suitable for those who have cars.
