I recently bought a Sp RGB pro kit and I have triple checked the wiring and it looks fine, but 2 of my fans aren't working and the third isn't matching the ICUE software, when I first installed it it worked fine but after a couple minutes two of them died, when I tried switching the configuration of the fans only the first fan slot would work, I believed it was an issue with the controller so I got a replacement but the same issue happened again, so I'm thinking it's one of the fans I have the fans configured correctly as well so I'm not sure, when I messed with the software I was barely able to get that one light on in the middle fan so I'm not sure what the problem is anymore. Have a look there because it's possible the lighting effect is only applied to a few LEDs if you messed about with the mouse by accident. It doesn't seem like the case, i disabled wallpaper engines plugin just to be safe and messed with the lighting and set it to a static color but the one light hasn't changed, any other ideas? It may be the usual reason. The lighting is a series circuit, so if LED 6 on fan 2 is bad, you get problems down the line. Based on the picture I am suspicious of fan 2. If all the fans work in 1, add a second fan to slot 2.
