Jeremy Clarkson is known for many things, but voicing the character of Harv from one of Disney Pixar 's most iconic films is one achievement that has gone under the radar. Harv, the no-nonsense agent who worked for Lightning McQueen before being replaced, made his first appearance in the initial film. The character is famed for being strict, often telling off his clients if they aren't strictly focusing on racing. Never seen on screen, McQueen talks to Harv via his speakerphone on the way to a decision making race.

Harv is a supporting character in Cars. He is Lightning McQueen 's agent who is never seen on-screen. McQueen communicates with him through a speakerphone in his trailer. When McQueen is in his trailer heading to California, Harv gives him a call. Aspiring champion race car Lightning McQueen is on the fast track to success, fame, and everything he's ever hoped for—until he takes an unexpected detour on dusty Route His have-it-all-now attitude is thrown into a tailspin when a small-town community that time forgot shows McQueen what he's been missing in his high-octane life.
