This is really annoying can someone suggest a fix?

So, i want to make a mod that will add a car, Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse w, if someone cares, but i never made mods before, can someone give me a tutorial please? I've not modelled in a long time I'm a map modder , but if I remember correctly when you develop the model in blender it's in a mid-format, which goes for both textures and the models themselves, and then using some converters, or blender export which can be found on SCS wiki , you turn it into an end format which the game can read.
