Another excellent total body strength workout. I love unilateral training and Caroline has created some excellent unilateral workouts. This is definitely one of those excellent workouts.

What an excellent total body strength workout! Caroline exhausts each muscle group completely before moving on to the next muscle group. Each muscle group gets 3 exercises and by that 3rd exercises, whatever muscle group we were working was done. Especially my shoulders. On Friday I just started using 20s for my shoulders Day 25 workout but this morning I could only manage one set with the 20s today before dropping to 18s.

Okay, I totally love a good workout, and if it is free, even better! Caroline Girvan is one of my favorite people in terms of working out with. I love her free workouts and now she has her Iron Series workouts out! They just started and it is a six-week program! I thought I can do at least 30 minutes a day!

You guys!!!!!! When I heard that Caroline Girvan was coming out with a new iron program, I literally screamed! Caroline made an announcement on her Facebook page and on her Instagram page telling us all about the new iron program coming on Monday, the 4th of September! So many of her fans of course me included, duh! See my screenshot below. I am so so so excited to start this new Iron Program with Caroline and everyone! So exciting!! In a nutshell, the new Iron Program is a ten-week program for a total of 50 workouts with a focus on building those muscles!! My absolute favorite thing to build!! The first Iron series was a 6 week program and that is and always will be for free on YouTube.

There is a timer in the upper left hand side of the screen counting down your intervals and recoveries. I only added a date and weight when I lifted heavier than the last time I did the workout. Equipment: dumbbells and fitness mat. Loading Comments There is also a little bar at the bottom of the screen that counts down the entire workout time as a percentage. But one set is better than nothing, right? Especially my shoulders. This is definitely one of those excellent workouts. And I did for a couple sessions. This was an excellent total body strength workout. In fact, I felt really strong while doing this workout—as if I could have lifted heavier on some of the exercises. I am already lifting heavier dumbbells thanks to all of the Iron Series workouts preceding this one!
