Through hard work and customer dedication I was promoted to service manager at the age of I ran a 17 bay shop, went back to school to get my technicians license and also built a new shop in my 11 years there! In I left Canadian tire to take over a struggling midas auto service shop! For 4 years we increased customer satisfaction and in we were 8 in north America and 2 in Canada out of midas shops. My experience is vast and my focus has and always will be on customer satisfaction, staff and family! Never proceed with any maintenance or auto repair work without customer authorization Never present an invoice that was larger than the most current estimate Advise customer of manufacturer recommended services Provide highly skilled diagnostic auto mechanics to accurately solve the toughest problems All repairs are made with the highest quality parts available to us with the best warranties on the market.
