Booked direct with the airline and paid extra to choose seats and for extra 9kg of luggage each. On checking in the agent ignored this and made us open our cases there and then and transfer luggage between them even though we were well within limits. Check-in for my domestic flight opened only 90 minutes before departure, but was quick and smooth once it started. Seats were assigned at check-in and I was able to request an aisle seat.
