Staff did not know what items were gluten free. Macaroons were the only thing on the menu that they said were gluten free, after looking them up. Did not try them. Latte was ok. I would not think this is a safe place to eat for celiacs though, so I skipped the food. It has gluten free friendly but it has only 3 GF Friendly options. It has caramel brownies, macrons, and a fig bar.

They serve all sorts of coffee hot and cold as well as refreshing beverages and a range of delicious French-style pastries and solid sandwiches. On sunny days you can enjoy foods and drinks sitting at They also have a few tables inside. Take-away for a picnic in the upper old town is another recommendable option. Their vegan lattes are excellent, we have enjoyed their maple oatmilk lattes, and soy caramel Unfortunately there are no food options for vegans, except for a figue bar and a vegan wrap, but vegetarians can enjoy a large choice of cookies, muffins, pastries and sandwiches. Perfect place for morning coffee and pastries in the heart of historic Quebec near the Old Port. We arrived before AM, the crowds were sparse and the tour busses had not yet arrived.

Visited on a very cold Saturday, restaurant was super busy with mostly tourists. Taste was OK, nothing to come back to. Added a ham The grilled cheese was the better choice; croissant was bare so had to add some mayo myself for taste. Other items are probably better than that. Service was cold and disinterested.
