First question, regarding the non-drive-side cone nut and lock nut on this rear wheel, what is the thread direction on the axle part with 12mm allen key shown in first image? I was trying to get the lock nut loose but I can't seem to do it either direction, though I haven't used much force yet. Second question, is this dust seal in the freehub removable see second image?
