The seats are extremely narrow. Business Class passengers receive free bar and meal service. They have attempted to compensate by a small curtain high up directly in front on the light but it's the general brightness which is annoying and would be easily resolved by a seperation curtain as all other airlines have. There is so little room for one's feet that it's very difficult to sleep. Luckily on my flight, the middle seat was unoccupied and I had some extra room to stretch. We sat in row 6, seats 6K and 6L and while the seat is very comfortable, the engine noise from the plane is overwhelming. While 18k and 18a are probably the best seats in Economy, they are hard and, after hours, become painful. Would claim these seats again. This is the lousiest economy class for a super long haul 17 hour flight from San Francisco to Singapore. If you are flying alone, grab a middle seat, if flying with a partner, grab a window pair. Rather sparse selection of TV, music and movies. You can get rid of your food tray without waiting for the pickup. The bulkhead PE seat worth taking to avoid people reclining into you.
