Remember Me? Welcome to the ultimate BMW X3 community. Hi All, Wanted to order touchup paint for my dad's car '15 X3 and my car '16 i and both read Alpine White. The X3 was listed as paint code "U" and the 3-Series did not have any listing on its mfg plate, only writing in German that said "Alpinweiss" under the hood. I always thought the X3 looked a tiny bit darker than the i, but the paint codes seem to be the same. I can't find any variations of Alpine White between model years and between different models.

The rock chips are well hidden and while this worked excellent and blended with near perfection on the plastic bits of the vehicle bumper the metal areas where I performed some touchup's small areas of the trunk and hood were not quite as bmw color code 300 blended, however, still good enough that you can't tell unless you really look.
